Upcoming Preschool Conferences

Hello Preschool families,

As the wet and windy weather sets in this week, please remember to send your students with warm, waterproof shoes and clothing to wear outdoors during our outdoor time. 

As you can see on the Villa school calendar, preschool families will soon have an opportunity to participate in fall conferences. All conferences will be held virtually over Zoom. Conferences are scheduled Wednesday through Friday, October 20-22. There is no school for students on conference days. Extended Day will be available (contingent on minimum enrollment) and a link from Ms. Hodgson will be sent later this week.

Villa uses Sign Up Genius in order to schedule lower school conferences with teachers. Each grade level tab will show the teachers and their remaining available conference times. When a time slot has been selected by a family, it will show up as “not available.” 

You will soon receive the link to access our fall conference Signup Genius. That link will go live on Friday, October 1st at 6:00 p.m. and will close on October 15th.
