Lower School: Fall Conferences

As I shared with you earlier in the week, our fall conferences are scheduled for October 20, 21, and 22. The initial email content is shared again here.

Conference sign up occurs through Villa’s SignUp Genius account. The sign up will go live at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct 1st and will close on October 15th at 12:00 noon. Please use this link to access the SignUp Genius system for Fall Conferences.

Once you are in SignUp Genius,

• Use the arrow by the tabs at the top of the page to navigate to your child(ren)’s grade level
• Once on the grade level page, scroll down to find the appropriate homeroom teacher and access their available conference times
• To schedule a conference with a specialist teacher, including Ms. Scott's 2nd-5th grade math students, please access the specific tab and then scroll down to find available dates and times

All conferences will be held virtually using each teacher’s Zoom link which will come to you prior to our conference days. To allow our teachers to maintain their time schedule, we appreciate you adhering to a 25-minute conference timeline. If further follow up should happen to be necessary, your child's teacher will reach out to you. Our fall conferences are important conversations about your child’s growth and development. Thank you for committing to scheduling a conference time during one of our designated conference days. We look forward to seeing you (and your 3rd-5th grade student) at your conference!
