Register for the Flu Clinic, October 15th

• REGISTER TODAY and save the date for Friday, October 15, 7:30 – 10:00 AM (Theater). The Flu Shot Clinic at Villa is an easy and convenient way to get an early flu shot. Seattle Visiting Nurse Association (SVNA) is licensed to provide influenza vaccinations to people four years of age and older.
  
  

• SVNA provides the standard Flucelvax Quadrivalent (four strains) cell-based vaccine, which is an egg-free product. The nurses carry a small amount of Thimerosal-Free (preservative-free) vaccine which they offer to pregnant women as required by WA State regulations. SVNA does not offer the high-dose vaccine for those over 65 years old, flu mist (nasal spray), or pneumonia vaccine. Most insurance plans will cover the cost ($50/shot).
  
  
• Participants will use an online registration link to sign up for 15-minute time slots during clinic hours. All participants, including family members, are required to have filled out a separate online registration form, in their name, in advance of the clinic. The insurance information will be provided by the participant during the online registration process. We recommend that participants bring their insurance cards to the clinic.
